• We have a 30 day price guarantee.
• All balances must be paid in full 48 hours before delivery
• At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise. Signing upon delivery is your acceptance of the  merchandise in your home.
• All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned
• Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Our Customer Pickup/Clearance Center is 801 Wager St Utica NY 13502.

Monday –Friday 10:00-6:45
Saturday 10:00-5:00
Sunday 11:00- 4:00

Special Orders

Special Orders are any item not in stock at the time the order is placed. We require 25% deposit to order your furniture.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We will call you once your furniture arrives in our warehouse. You will need to schedule delivery within 15 days of being notified that your merchandise has arrived in our warehouse. Any order not delivered within 30 days will be subject to cancellation. The 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged as a restocking fee and merchandise will be released.

Although every precaution is taken, errors in price and/or specification may occur in print or online. We reserve the right to correct any such errors pictures may not represent items exactly as shown. Items shown may not be on display at all locations.
