We are an all day delivery service. For your convenience we are able to provide an estimated timeframe. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate and it may change based on day of delivery delays (traffic, accidents, etc). We will keep you informed if a change occurs.

Our insurance does not permit out drivers to move your furniture or electronic equipment.
No, Unfortunately we are not abe to pick up old mattress sets for health reasons, we are unable to pick up mattresses that are wet, excessively soiled, or bloodstained. We will also not pick up bedframes.
Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied. In order to do this, we will need to ask you a few questions when the driver has completed the delivery. The driver will ask to use your phone to call a toll free number. Before calling, please take a few minutes to thoroughly inspect your merchandise. It is important that you are satisfied with the merchandise you are accepting. The call will take approximately 1 minute. They will ask you questions such as:
Have you inspected your merchandise?
Is your merchandise placed where you want it?
Have they removed the packing material and trash from your home?
Are you satisfied with your delivery?
They will then ask to speak to the driver again. This will complete the delivery process. We appreciate you taking the time to help us ensure that you are satisfied.
